Nu-BAKE®

 

Use Rates:

0.25-0.5% (based on flour weight)

 

Special Instructions:

 


Begin testing at the 0.25% dose and determine the drop in aW.  If a larger decrease is desired, increase the dose of Nu-BAKE.
