Inbound Technical Sales Representative – posted 5/1/2026

  • The Inbound Technical Sales Representative owns the most critical moment in the RIBUS sales process – the point at which a prospect requests a sample. Your job is to respond quickly, qualify accurately, guide the technical evaluation, and convert that first sample request into a Purchase Order. This is a process-driven, inbound-focused role. RIBUS has a proven sales playbook, a defined script, and clear conversion stages built into Microsoft Dynamics – your job is to execute that playbook consistently, not to reinvent it.
  • Most prospects identify themselves and come to RIBUS directly, so you are not cold-prospecting. You are converting warm inbound leads by following our process with discipline, building rapport with procurement, R&D and operators, and ensuring they succeed in their trials.
  • This role is not a fit for someone who believes top performers should operate outside the system, skip CRM updates, or freelance their own sales approach because they bring in revenue. At RIBUS, the rules and the process apply to everyone – consistent execution is what wins technical sales and protects the customer experience.
