The Quality Manager owns the systems and culture that ensure every product RIBUS ships meets specification, is safe for its intended use, and complies with applicable regulations. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations (independent of Production) preserves QA integrity — a structural best practice in FDA-regulated and food-grade manufacturing. They manage the Regulatory Specialist and Compliance Specialist, and serve as the primary internal expert on quality standards.
