Objectives:
  1. Clean Label
  2. Replace synthetic emulsifiers
    • Monoglycerides
    • Soy Lecithin
    • Polysorbates
  3. Dry – hydration aid
  4. Liquid – reduce oil separation
  5. Improve mouthfeel
Ingredient: Nu-RICE®
Use Rates: 0.25 – 0.5% (based on weight)
Special Instructions: In a dry system – blend with dry ingredients.
In a wet system – add to water phase, then homogenize with oil.
Observations: Nu-RICE can be used in dairy, fruit or water-based beverages, low or high pH systems.
