Application: Margarine and Spreads

Objectives:
  1. Clean Label
  2. Replace synthetic emulsifiers (mono & di’s or soy lecithin)
  3. Reduces syneresis
Ingredient: Nu-RICE®
Use Rates: 0.25 – 0.50% (based on weight)
Special Instructions: Blend with oil or water phase, then homogenize. Add remaining ingredients and process as normal.
Observations: If your results are not satisfactory, please contact RIBUS or your broker to determine what modifications should be  made for success.
