Objectives:
  1. Clean Label
  2. Replace synthetic emulsifiers (mono & di’s or soy lecithin)
  3. Natural/organic ingredient needed
  4. Improve product texture and cell structure
  5. Increase throughput/machineability
  6. Lower water activity/minimize oil migration
  7. Replace trans fats
Ingredient: Nu-RICE®
Use Rates: Extrusion/Forming – 0.5% based on dry weight
Sheeting Aid – 0.5%-1% based on dry weight
Special
Instructions:		 Dry blend Nu-RICE® with dry ingredients.
