Ingredient: | Nu-BAKE® |
Use Rates: | Replace 1 lb of Trans fat with 1 lb. vegetable oil + 0.5% – 1% Nu-BAKE+ 2-3 times water. |
Special Instructions: | Blend Nu-BAKE with dry ingredients and then add oil or liquid system. |
Observations: | Product will have equal to better texture and mouth feel. Additional water can actually reduce the cost of the formulation.If your results are not satisfactory, please contact RIBUS or your broker to determine what modifications should be made. |
